Bridging the Gap Turned Seven!

We are down to finishing the first half of 2024 and it is undeniable that beautiful core memories have been created. One of the top favourite highlights would be Bridging the Gap’s 7^th Anniversary Spedtacular Carnival Day – Family TWOgether!

Last 21 April 2024 at Canberra Plaza, Singapore, Bridging the Gap has celebrated another milestone and there is no other way to celebrate it but to create moments that will surely be cherished forever by every child at BtG, along with their families. The previous year has been a blast and definitely unforgettable as we had our first ever Spedtacular Carnival. This year, it was best to relive that moment again, with a lot more fun and surprises in store for everyone.

Let’s reminisce the beautiful moments together! Here are our top 7 favourites from BtG’s 7^th Anniversary special:

#1: The Fun and Exciting Rides

A lot of smiles are radiating as everyone went to go on different adventures in the carnival. Surely, everyone had fun memories to look back as they enjoyed riding the Royal Horse Carousel. Each child with their parents and guardians has happiness beaming as the horse carousel went around and around. Other rides that were hit was riding on Robotic Rides, Chasing Cars, and Bumper Boats. Everyone has enjoyed each unique ride and is definitely a blockbuster. Of course, who would miss the Inflatable Bounce? Children made their way to play with the teachers, bouncing inside the castle and throwing balls in the air!

#2: More E-Games and Carnival Stalls!

Well, a carnival wouldn’t be complete without some E-Games and Carnival Stalls! This year, more exciting things are around the corner — such as claw machines! Everyone made their way indoors to play with these ultra cool stuff!

#3: I Scream for Ice Cream!

One thing for sure, ice cream will always be a good idea! Just like last year’s carnival, there is an unlimited flow of Uncle Jimmy’s Ice Cream for BtG’s 7th Anniversary special too! As the families lined up for delightful scoops of ice cream and had a moment to enjoy it together afterwards, it was such a beautiful sight to watch.

#4: 1 – 2 – 3 – Say Cheese!

This year, we had a beautiful photo booth area to immortalise these sweet moments. Every family was happily striking a pose as the camera captured a photo of them. It’s worth every shot!

#5: Games for everybody!

After the fun rides, everyone gathered for a much awaited segment. Fun games are in store to let the dads, mums, and children make the most out of the day. The Dads enjoyed playing great challenges as they played “Bet on the Teacher – Physical 100!”. It started with a number of dads down to the last man standing strong! On the other hand, the mums also had a blast with the game “Dancing Queen” where they danced with the kids when the music plays and stood inside hoops when the music stops. It was one for the books! Of course, every winner had their prizes.

#6: A Lucky Day for a Raffle Draw!

As a cherry on top, a raffle draw with exciting prizes from Bridging the Gap’s kind sponsors was held especially for every family on this special day. Everyone awaited for their raffle draw numbers to be called out and applauses were resounding as every winner was announced. What an exciting moment it is!

#7: Happy families TWOgether…

Last but not the least, this surely is on the top of our favourites list: families happily spending time with each other. It is such a pure bliss to witness. As parents and their children enjoyed every ride, cheered for every game, savoured every bit of the ice cream, posed for every photo, and lived in every moment…it is a realisation that nothing really beats the gift of togetherness. Being present and celebrating family time surely will produce lasting impacts. What is enjoyed now can be cherished in the future and will forever be revisited in the memory lane.
