1. Parent Participation Classes
Designed to grow along with your child’s rapid progress.
7 months to 11 months
Space explorers come alive from the rhythm and adventure that leads them to journey through a realm where they safely swing and team up with their parent to play games. These activities will take them to greater heights and keep them moving to begin stretching and enjoy tumbling on soft surfaces.
12 months to 18 months
Ninja Tots transform into fearless and agile soldiers in motion. They get invited to perform dances, take special rides, swing, and go on new adventures together with their Sensei parents who are always by their side guiding them.
19 months to 3 years old
Tightrope Walkers advance in their agility as they begin to balance, hang from different places, and tumble more flexibly like a gymnast. They learn this through games, following rhythm as they pick up on speed, and listening to their parent supporting them, which will eventually lead to them to overcoming the fears of heights.
SPECIALLY ABLED CLASSES
Open to specially abled children of all ages
Specially-abled children tap into their hidden powers in all domains that they will often need to use and learn to regulate throughout their lives. The sensory gym is a place where they can focus on safely exploring, unlock achievements, and level up when taken through activities from occupational therapy alongside their parents. They begin to have better control of their bodies and enjoy all possible ways of moving and balancing themselves. This is where you can find them on swings, trampolines, therapy balls, climbing walls, and so much more. The programme is designed to improve their physical, cognitive, sensory, communicative, gross motor skills, and fine motor skill development.
2. Independent Classes
Created to teach gymnastics and overall fitness, as children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.
3 years old to 5 years old
Gladiator Trials train kids in strength as they begin to try more complex games and cultivate sportsmanship. They begin with a warm up of skipping, rhythmic hopping, and dancing to stimulate their gross motor and psychomotor skills. Then the relays they participate in help them to focus on working as a team and concentrate on performing a slightly more advanced exercise with every week of training. It encourages comprehensive development of motor, cognitive, listening, and social skills in fun and high energy settings.
5 years old to 8 years old
Samurai Quest steers kids to navigate through an obstacle course where they race in teams to run, jump, hop, skip, throw, kick, and catch. They develop perseverance, increased self-control, and gain confidence in preparation for group sports within a non-competitive environment where the main objective is to have fun and support one another.
8 years old to 13 years old
Olympic Champions get the full athlete experience with fun nutritional tips by training core muscles for the best performance in speed, power, and endurance challenges. They learn to support one another as they train as a group in coordination and flexibility through games, yoga, and stretching. This training will kickstart a healthy lifestyle as they strengthen their deltoid, biceps, chest, forearms, abdominals, side abs, quadriceps, and tibialis anterior.
