1. Parent Participation Classes
Designed to grow along with your child’s rapid progress.
1.1 TINY TYKES
7 months to 11 months
Tiny Tykes enjoy a variety of beginning stretches, exercises and introductory tumbling. This class is designed to help babies discover their natural abilities while enhancing physical and cognitive development.
12 months to 18 months
Now developing a wide range of abilities, Waddlers are introduced to beginning tumbling and agility skills. Interactive songs, dances, puppet shows, and a variety of special rides are used to teach and entertain. Swings, Adventures and Explore Time add to the excitement.
19 months to 3 years old
Emphasis is placed on age-appropriate balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills in a structured format. Parent participation in songs, dances and game encourages positive attitudes towards fitness. Gymsters thrive in a programme with fresh elements and a fun-filled atmosphere.
2. Independent Classes
Created to teach gymnastics and overall fitness, as children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.
2.1 MIGHTY MITES
3 years old to 5 years old
Reinforced for self-reliance and following directions, our Mighty Mites gain strength, flexibility and agility as they participate in relays and more complex games and sports skills. The goals here are increased Independent Classes confidence and self-esteem.
2.2 WHIZ KIDS
5 years old to 8 years old
Children thrive as they further their gymnastic ability and work on gross motor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, skipping, throwing, kicking and catching. This class is designed to build confidence, develop perseverance, increase self-control and prepare for group sports. Maintaining a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere is key in reaching these goals.
2.3 CARDIO KIDS
8 years old to 13 years old
This demanding but emotionally supportive programme combines a cardio workout with strength and flexibility exercises. We focus on specific muscle groups, utilize a circuit training course, play games and add fun nutritional tips. Cardio Kids enhance their strength and conditioning while developing a healthy lifestyle.
