“Confidence… now, she’s so much confident in everything that she do”
Sophia’s parents’ response when asked on what something that Sophia have grown with Bridging the Gap. Sophia may have graduated from BtG but mummy has always seen her growth from being anxious to now more confident in facing the world and to try new things. They shared that this journey was not always easy, but step by step, Sophia began to blossom in her own time, gaining confidence in ways that truly touched their hearts as parents.
“The energy is very good” Daddy’s first answer when asked on what something he really like about the BtG team, “you are all very welcoming” he continues as mummy agrees and smiles. From the very beginning, they felt embraced by the warmth of the BtG, which made the journey feel safe, supportive, and full of hope.
“The kids love that, and even parent love that, we have to admit it” he explained. This joy-filled environment became something the family deeply appreciated, where learning was not only about progress but also about happiness and connection.
“Secondly, you. Are very supportive and that’s why we are here to support you guys”. For Sophia’s parents, they will always be grateful for the love and support that the team has continuously given to Sophia. They shared that this unwavering support helped Sophia grow in confidence and gave them reassurance throughout the process.
