About our Clinical Director
– Janice Tay
Janice is consummately passionate in providing a holistic education for children with special needs. She has a great empathy for this group of children, and desired to help them to integrate well with the society. Having experienced for herself what it is like to have a child with special needs who struggled in a mainstream school environment and facing many rejections from the people around them, Janice hopes to fill the gap that no other schools and enrichment centres can offer.
She studied Educational Psychology and attended courses such as ABA Therapy, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia to equip herself in supporting her son and now to extend her helping hand & heart to other kids with special needs. Additionally, she has since been working with children in one-to-one setting, providing tailor-made therapy curriculum according to the specific needs of children.
Presently, she assumed the role of Case Supervisor in providing regular case supervision for children in regards with their Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) and Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIP).
