Sometimes, it means stepping away from the familiar, connecting with colleagues, embracing new experiences, and taking the time to simply enjoy the moment. For the Bridging the Gap team, the retreat was a meaningful opportunity to pause, recharge, and strengthen connections beyond the workplace, reflecting the spirit of our 2026 retreat theme: “Together We Give, Together We Recharge.”
