Finishing Strong: BtG Batch 2023 Graduation

In a heartwarming milestone, a group of resilient children who underwent early intervention programme has successfully graduated in the year 2023. Early intervention programmes aim to identify and address learning or developmental challenges at an early age, providing timely support to enhance a child’s potential. As these children complete their academic journey, their success stories highlight the impact of intervention on shaping positive educational outcomes.

Last 15 December 2023, a batch of our children in Bridging the Gap – Bouna Vista has successfully crossed the bridge towards the finish line of their journey. The children along with their parents, guardians and families have come together for a celebration of this beautiful milestones. 

The families had a wonderful time playing games together in the open grounds. They were more than ready to participate in the “Scoop the Ball Game”, “Water Balloon” and even “Tug of War”. Guess what…it’s not the kids who had their game face on, but the parents and guardians too! 

After the fun games, the families went to have a chill time to watch the movie “Minions” while munching on their Happy Meals and popcorns! 

Later on, each graduate received their certificates handed by Ms. Janice Tay, our clinical director. The atmosphere has a joyous melody of cheer as each child takes a pose with their certificates testifying their success in this simple yet meaningful journey. Teacher Janice has also encouraged the parents to continue to take heart and courage as each of these children continue to venture onwards with their educational journey. There may be challenges still but there will always be support and help available especially from our community. 

Yes, they did it! The kids then received some wonderful gifts especially prepared by their class teacher, Teacher Gheetha. Everyone’s hearts were full —— beaming with pride for these beautiful children and believing in the bright future ahead of them. 

The success of the Batch 2023 graduates serves as an inspiration and a reminder that with dedication, support, and the right interventions, every child can reach their full potential. This milestone not only marks the end of an educational chapter but also the beginning of a promising future for these resilient individuals.
